Hanover Property Company animation

Founded in 1984, Hanover Property Company was formed as a Dallas/Fort Worth real estate development firm by Richard E. (Dick) LeBlanc. Initially, the company focused on neighborhood shopping center development. Prior to its formation, Mr. LeBlanc had been active in the real estate brokerage market in North Texas for ten years. Hanover Property developed several retail centers in the Dallas market from 1984 into the next decade. In 1992, the emphasis of the organization shifted to single-family residential development when Walter Damon joined the company. Mr. Damon brought extensive experience and knowledge of the residential markets, gained through his affiliation with the Centex organization as its Dallas/Fort Worth Land Manager and with a local real estate brokerage group where he specialized in tracts for land development.
Hanover uses a mathematical pro forma to pre-determine the potential success of a residential development.
